Hello friends!! Audrey Mutschall here with a new layout featuring Paige’s brand new Christmas collection called Sugarplum Wishes! I had so much fun playing with all the pretty goodies included in this beautiful collection and creating this layout with Paige’s Gingerbread House Cut File.
I used white cardstock for the cut file and created a “spicy” brown background for it by splattering white and brown paint onto kraft paper. For the rest of the backing, I used various patterned papers from the 12x12 Paper Pad, the 6x8 Paper Pad, and the Boxed Cards. For the background I lightly stenciled a pattern onto white cardstock using Catherine Pooler inks and adhered a strip of pink striped Paper 11 onto the bottom of the page. I placed the cut file on the left side of the layout and added my photo beside it. I created a title using Thickers and a few alphas from the Sticker Book. To embellish the layout I added Enamel Dots and Foam Stickers for candies, as well as Cardstock Stickers and a floral embellishment from the Floral & Snowflake Die Cuts.
I had so much fun creating this colorful candy-themed layout and I hope it inspires you to pick up Sugarplum Wishes for all of your Christmas scrapbooking projects!
