Birthday Bike Layout by Audrey Mutschall

Hello friends! Audrey Mutschall here with a new layout featuring Paige’s Bicycle cut file and the beautiful Blooming Wild collection! My daughter received a very pretty bike for her 5th birthday and I couldn’t wait to document the occasion with this adorable Bicycle cut file!
I cut the Bicycle out of white cardstock and backed it with a variety of patterned papers from the 12x12 Paper Pad and the 6x8 Paper Pad. To embellish the bicycle I added two layers of floral Cardstock Stickers to the basket, made embroidery floss tassels for the handlebars, and turned the wheels into shakers by placing sequins between two layers of transparency paper. For the background I lightly stenciled hearts diagonally across the page using inks and one of Paige’s past heart stencils. I placed a strip of Paper 10 across the bottom of the page and backstitched along the top using variegated embroidery floss. My photo is matted onto purple floral Paper 6 and embellished it with two elements from the Journaling Ephemera. I used the mini silver alphas from the 8-Page Sticker Book and the large foam Thickers to create a title at the top of the layout. Lastly, I embellished with fussy cut butterflies from Paper 16, a bird from the Chipboard Stickers, extra Cardstock Stickers, and Mini Flower Puffy Stickers.
I absolutely loved creating this sweet page to document my daughter’s 5th birthday. I hope it inspires you to check out Paige’s Cut Files and the lovely Blooming Wild collection!
