The third weekend in September I flew to Ontario, California to teach 3 classes at Frank Garcia Studio in Upland!
If you haven't been to the Frank Garcia Studio store before, it alone is worth a whole trip to SoCal!

Everything is organized, clean, and perfectly splendid!

I could spend hours and hours and hours and hours searching through every nook and cranny.
Fabulous projects at the register counter.
He has collections from manufacturers all around the world.
Reminds me of my very first job at Yesterdays Scrapbooking & Stuff in Redmond, WA :)
I miss all the local scrapbook stores and am so happy there is still an amazing one left!
The first night there was a special book signing event before class.
Then I prepped all the tables with the kits and we got started!
First we made a double-page spread and then a single 12x12 layout using Blooming Wild.
The next day was a coptic bookbinding class.
Ta-da!
All 19 students left with a bespoke, beautiful, handmade book!
The last class was a Sugarplum Wishes 6x8 Christmas Album!
A whole album in 3 hours was a bit more complicated than I thought it would be haha, but an online class will definitely help!
Thank you ever so much to Frank for inviting me out to teach and letting me spread my joy for scrapbooking!

WOW wow! Franks store is gorgeous. With everything being white, the products really shine. I love the pink carts too, so whimsical. The pink chair up front adds to a homey feel. Your class looked gorgeous too. Frank must have fabulous staff to keep everything looking pristine. I've worked at a few stores, but here too, they keep closing. There's still a couple around, but sadly, they carry very little AC. Jim and I are going to San Diego in Jan, maybe I can talk him into a 2 hour drive to a scrapbook store, LOL 💛
