A couple weekends ago I flew to California to teach at Frank Garcia Studio! You can read all about it in my re-cap HERE. This is the first layout we learned how to make featuring Blooming Wild paired with my Hearts Background Cut File!
We started by backing the Hearts Background with various 12x12 patterned papers from Blooming Wild, papers from the 6x8 Paper Pad, and 3 photos. The backed cut file was then popped off the background Paper 2 with foam squares for dimension and to create depth.
Then it was time for embellishing! We added hearts, hearts, and more hearts (plus a few flowers and things!) from the Puffy Phrase Stickers, Cardstock Stickers, Sticker Book, and Chipboard Stickers. Sometimes we did tone-on-tone but other times we placed embellishments for contrast. To finish we wrote journaling on labels from the Sticker Book placed on opposite sides.
I hope you're inspired to check out my Blooming Wild collection along with the Hearts Background Cut File!
