Fall Fawn Layout by Valerie Bisson

Hi friends! Valerie Bisson here and I’m so happy to share my Fall Fawn layout with you featuring the Leaf Borders from the 20 Autumn Cut Files.
I started by cutting the Leaf Borders from white cardstock and then I chose 10 patterned papers from Garden Shoppe and Blooming Wild to back the cut file. With Paper 4 from Garden Shoppe as my background I added some ink blending with Distress Oxides to peek out from under the cut file. To create a bit of a shadow with the cut file I adhered it using foam squares. Next I machined stitched a border to the background with Paper 6 for that homespun look. The perfect space for my photos, embellishments, and title was across the middle. Embellishments include a frame and button Chipboard Stickers a Journaling Spot, and a photo mat made from Washi Tape from Blooming Wild. Also a “Welcome” Cardstock Sticker from Garden Shoppe and a “Good Morning” Foam Phrase Sticker from Bungalow Lane. Last but not least I used an exclusive Scrapbook.com Paige Evans Stamp Set for Garden Shoppe. I stamped 3 of the different leaf shapes on the 10 patterned papers I already used in my layout with Distress Oxides in Ground Espresso and then I fussy cut them out. Sprinkling the leaves across my page I created the look of falling leaves with them piling up on the bottom.
Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope I inspired you to create with Paige's cut files and collections!!
