Hi everyone! Yui Oku here today with a new layout using Paige's Petals Background from the 19 Spring Cut Files along with her Blooming Wild collection!
I cut off the top row of petals from the Petals Background and then needed to decide on papers for backing it. Rainbow? Only pink? I decided to use Paper 21 because I wanted to use only one paper as much as possible. I skipped over the darker colors and started in the second row. I wanted to add embellishments at the centers of most the petals so I chose small pieces from the Chipboard Stickers, Cardstock Stickers, Mini Flower Puffy Stickers, Puffy Phrase Stickers, and the Sticker Book and placed them tone-on-tone. The colors alternate between pink and yellow. For the background, I chose Paper 3 because the petals are pink and yellow and this paper is pink and yellow - it's meant to be! Then for the title I used the Chipboard Alphabet Outlines to make the word "SPRING". I put my photo in a pink frame Chipboard Sticker and embellished with more pieces from Blooming Wild to finish - of course they're pink and yellow!
I loved making a spring-themed page with the Petals Background from the 19 Spring Cut Files along with the Blooming Wild collection and hope you're inspired by this layout!
