Ballerina Layout by Valerie Bisson

Hi friends! Valerie Bisson here and I’m so happy to share a new layout with you featuring Paige's Tiny Hearts Background and Ballet Slippers cut files paired with her Blooming Wild and Bungalow Lane collections.
For this page of my little ballerina I wanted shades of pink so I started with Paper 7 from Bungalow Lane for the background. Then with white cardstock I cut the Tiny Hearts Background and used Paper 23 from Blooming Wild for backing it. Next for the Ballet Slippers I used Paper 1 from Bungalow Lane and also a pink patterned paper in the 6x8 Paper Pad from Blooming Wild. Then I placed everything on the background in an eye-catching pleasing. With the We R Makers Scallop Lace Edge Punch I made 2 border strips to run along side my photo, also adding in some hand stitching through the ready made design from the punch. These detailed scalloped strips help draw extra attention to the large photo. I embellished with a Chipboard Frame Sticker backed with patterned paper, vellum over top, and the "Tiny Dancer" title inside the frame. I added a few fussy cut flowers scattered across the page and a label from the Blooming Wild Sticker Book for journaling. Finally, three white foam hearts and white acrylic paint splatters to finish off my page. Have a wonderful crafty day and I hope you are inspired to create with Paige's cut files!
