Did you catch my LIVE on the Scrapbook & Cards Today YouTube channel yesterday using the June Sampler? I felt a little rusty going live lolol, but happy with how the layout turned out!! This is my first layout with Adventurous and many more to come!
This layout features a wreath of flowers made with the geotag metal die found in the kit. The shape reminded me of a petal and the idea was born from there! I manually cut 54 petals from patterned papers (6 for each flower and 9 flowers total) and gave them a little texture by curling the edges. Recent photos from our Caribbean cruise match perfectly with Adventurous and I love how this photo of Jane against a purple building POPS against the white background and brings out the purple found in the papers and embellishments.
