Hello friends, it's Sophie Delorme here and I am sharing a festive and easy layout with you today! I used Paige's Sugarplum Wishes collection and her Christmas Tree cut file (supplies are linked at the end).
I selected four of my favorite patterned papers from the 12x12 Paper Pad to back the Christmas Tree. I added branches with a punch from my stash on each section of the tree, making sure that I adhered only the base of the branches so that they could come out of the tree a little bit. I also added foam adhesive on the back of the tree to make it stand out and be the star of the layout. I placed a black & white photo of my dog Fiona tucked underneath and embellished the page with die cuts and a few foam snowflakes. I tore the base of my white background and placed the beautiful Paper 7 under the page. I love that gorgeous Christmas Tree! Adding punched shapes with matching patterned papers on a backed cut file brings so much more interest and dimension and it's so simple to do! So grab your punches, your favorite cut file, and have fun!
