Happy New Year friends! It’s Kelly Daye here with a New Year wish for good health and happiness in 2025! My layout features Paige’s Happy New Year Wreath cut file. I backed the cut file with a number of Paige Evans collections - all are available at the AC Digitals Store. I know you probably have many of them in your stash too!
The cut file was cut from white cardstock then after paper backing it I chain-stitched all the letters with 4 strands of DMC thread. Then I back-stitched all the icons with just 3 strands of DMC thread. Using fewer strands of floss still lets the designer paper shine through on the smallest icons. I’ve designed my background to just fill the corners of the layout and I’ve made the file available for free at my blog today (link is below).
